At Moonshoe Pte Ltd, we aim to deliver high-quality socks, footwear, and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed
- Original packaging, tags, and labels remain intact
- You provide a valid order number
- The item is not listed under “non-returnable items”
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Socks or footwear that have been worn or washed
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products with removed hygiene seals
- Minor colour or texture variations due to lighting or screen settings
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the product.
- Wait for our return approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 5 working days of approval (customer bears return shipping fee unless it’s our mistake).
- Once inspected and approved, your refund will be issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
We will cover return and replacement shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
5. Refund Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items:
- Show signs of wear or use
- Are not in original packaging
- Are returned without approval
- Do not meet our return conditions
