At Moonshoe Pte Ltd, we aim to deliver high-quality socks, footwear, and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
    • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed
    • Original packaging, tags, and labels remain intact
    • You provide a valid order number
    • The item is not listed under “non-returnable items”

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
    • Socks or footwear that have been worn or washed
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Products with removed hygiene seals
    • Minor colour or texture variations due to lighting or screen settings

3. Return Process

 
  1. Contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the product.
  2. Wait for our return approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 5 working days of approval (customer bears return shipping fee unless it’s our mistake).
  4. Once inspected and approved, your refund will be issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed if:
    • You received the wrong item
    • The product has a manufacturing defect
We will cover return and replacement shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
 

5. Refund Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items:
    • Show signs of wear or use
    • Are not in original packaging
    • Are returned without approval
    • Do not meet our return conditions
